high temperature release film, fep release film for vacuum bagging, release film for prepreg, high temperature fep release film for infusion, autoclave, composite lamination
The FEP Release Film HT 260 is a non-perforated fluoropolymer film, designed for composite manufacturing. It offers excellent release properties and compatibility with a wide range of resins. Suitable for prepregs, and both autoclave and out-of-autoclave processes, its high flexibility and conformity ensure a smooth application over intricate mold shapes reducing defects such as pinholes, and its low thickness enhances consolidation. It is ideal for high-temperature applications, with a resistance up to 260°C. The film can be used for direct laminate contact, serving as a non-stick layer and preventing consumables from bonding to cured resin, while allowing a controlled resin flow. It is widely used in various industrial environments where high performance and durability are essential.
