Returns and Refunds Policy
At Bulkcomposites.com, we want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase you make from us.
Changing Your Mind / Right to Cancel
If you change your mind for any reason, products can be returned to us for a full refund if notified to us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to dispatch the goods for their return back to us.
Important: Before returning any item, you must contact us to advise that you are returning them. We will confirm this by issuing you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
To return goods that are not faulty (i.e., because you changed your mind), they must be unused and in the condition they were delivered to you. This means that, unless found faulty, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Uncured pre-preg, owing to its perishable nature
- Opened containers of resin, hardener, silicone, or chemical release agent, unless found to be faulty or defective
- Unrolled and improperly re-rolled fabrics, unless found to be faulty or defective
- Any product that you have subsequently cut, shaped, broken, or modified, unless found to be faulty or defective
Refund of Delivery Charges for Cancelled Orders
If you return an order in its entirety, your outbound delivery charges will also be refunded (for orders within your region). If you return only part of an order, the outbound delivery charge refund will be calculated based on the total postage cost of the original order (using standard service) minus the cost to send the items you are keeping (using standard service).
Due to the way that shipping costs are incremented, partial returns may result in no delivery charge refund being due.
Standard delivery charges are economy/ground/non-timed services. If you selected a non-standard delivery service for your order (timed service, Saturday, expedited, etc.), only the standard delivery charge will be refunded.
Faulty or Defective Goods
Any goods found to be faulty or defective and notified to us within 30 days of delivery can be returned to us for a full refund. Before returning any goods, you must contact us to let us know, whereby you will be issued with an RMA number.
Refund of Delivery Charges for Faulty or Defective Goods
If you are returning faulty or defective goods, your outbound and return delivery costs will be refunded in full (for orders from within your region).
In the event that you are returning faulty or defective goods which were ordered as part of a larger order, the outbound delivery charge refund will be calculated based on the total postage cost of the original order (using standard service) minus the cost to send the items you are keeping (using standard service).

Receive RMA Number
Once we’ve processed your return request, we’ll issue you an RMA number. This number helps us identify your return and process it promptly.
Package Your Return
Package the items securely and clearly write your RMA number on the OUTSIDE of the box.
Ship Your Return

Important: We are unable to issue any refunds for products returned without prior notification (which must be within 14 days of receipt). Failure to clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box could result in a delay identifying or processing your return.
Processing Time for Refunds
Once we receive your return:
- For non-faulty returns: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, provided they are in their original condition.
- For faulty or defective goods: We will process your refund as soon as we have confirmed the fault, typically within 7 working days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
International Returns
For international customers, the same policy applies, but please note:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred when returning items to us, unless the return is due to a faulty or defective product.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all international returns.
- Please allow additional time for international shipments to reach us and for refunds to be processed.
