A vacuum regulator is a device designed to precisely control and maintain vacuum levels across various industrial applications. It regulates vacuum pressure on one side of the vacuum line (the side with the curing composite part) while maintaining full vacuum pressure on the other side (connected to the running vacuum pump). Includes additional accessories such as metal bracket and negative pressure gauge.

Technical characteristics
Port size: Quick connector for 6X8 tube
Pressure range (kPa): -100 ~ 1.3
Air inhalation consumption (L/min): ≤ 0.6
Ambient and fluid temperature (oC): 5 ~ 60
Weight (without accessories) (g): 135
Dimensions (including accessories) (mm): 57 X 71.5 X 83

Features & Benefits
User friendly design including adjustable knobs, a metal bracket for panel mounting and a pressure gauge / negative manometer (indicates measurements in kPa).
Prevents damage to sensitive equipment caused by excessive or unstable vacuum levels, reducing wear on vacuum pumps and their components and extending their lifespan.
Maintains the desired vacuum level, reducing unnecessary energy use.
By preventing system damage and improving energy efficiency, the vacuum regulator offers long-term cost savings in maintenance and energy consumption.
Ensures accurate and consistent vacuum control, which is crucial for safer operations, such as in vacuum bagging and resin infusion procceses.
Incorporated into various fields of applications that require high precision, including aerospace, automotive and medical industries.

Directions for use
1. Please use the device with a safety circuit to avoid accidents in case of power, vacuum pump, or vacuum regulator malfunction.
2. When performing checks, set the pressure to 0 (atmospheric pressure) and completely cut off the pressure from the vacuum pump before disconnecting the tube from the regulator.
3. The vacuum regulator cannot be used to regulate the pressure of the vacuum pump. If the flow capacity of the vacuum generator is less than the flow capacity of the vacuum regulator, it is not suitable as a vacuum source.
4. Turn the regulating knob clockwise to change atmospheric pressure to vacuum pressure, and counterclockwise to change vacuum pressure to atmospheric pressure.
5. After setting the pressure, press the pressure adjustment button until you hear a click.
6. The vacuum regulator is intended for use with negative pressure only; positive pressure must not be applied.
