Military-use and UAV Applications
By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are NOT purchasing materials for military, space, or UAV end-use applications.
If you wish to purchase materials for end-use in UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles), please contact us prior to ordering to complete a Material Application Statement (MAS).
Chemical Products and Professional Use Products
Important Information
Many of the products sold on this website are chemical products intended for commercial, industrial, or professional use. These products may be hazardous to health or potentially dangerous if used incorrectly or by inexperienced users. They may also require skill, experience, or experimentation to achieve optimum results.
Products are sold upon the condition that purchasers will make their own tests to determine the quality, suitability, and compatibility of any product for their particular application and circumstances. Export Control – Licensable Products
Some products sold on the Bulkcomposites.com website require an export license to be exported outside of the country of origin, which will be clearly shown on the product page. If you purchase one of these products and your delivery address is outside of our country of origin, we will contact you for further information to complete the license application process.
With respect to export control, the delivery address of your order is considered to be the ‘End-User’ address. If you intend to forward some or all of your order to an address outside of our country of origin, you must make us aware of the address of the ultimate ‘End-User’ at the time of ordering. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your order.
In some situations, export restrictions can still apply to products not specifically on export control lists. For this reason, even if your order does not contain products which are shown to need an export license, you must still ensure that the delivery address is the address of the ‘End-User’ and not forward goods on without contacting us first.
Purchasing Prepregs from Overseas
Prepreg materials are perishable. Please be reminded that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that goods clear through their local country’s customs swiftly on arrival. Any import delay caused during customs clearance is outside of our control, and as such, Bulkcomposites.com cannot refund or replace materials which are found to be damaged or unusable on arrival due to customs delays.
While delays during customs clearance are rare, we strongly advise all customers intending to import prepreg materials to contact their local customs agency to seek full clarification of the import procedure and whether delays are likely before placing an order. By placing an order for prepreg materials, you accept these conditions of sale.
