VC0134 is a combination that integrates high-quality breather/bleeder fabric with perforated release film into a single product. This combination simplifies the composite layup process, reducing working time while enhancing laminate consistency. Designed for use in vacuum bagging, and autoclave applications, it ensures efficient air evacuation, even vacuum pressure, and controlled resin distribution. The polyester breather fabric offers good drapability and multidirectional elongation, allowing it to conform to complex mold geometries and surfaces. Meanwhile, the perforated film allows excess resin and trapped air to escape through to the breather, preventing resin voids. Suitable for both ambient or higher temperature processes, it provides clean, consistent performance across a wide range of composite manufacturing methods.
