RECOMMENDED CURING TIME
Curing time is 60 minutes at 130 oC or 500 minutes at 85 oC. Different curing cycles could be applicable. The conditions and duration of prepreg processing can be adapted based on the specific requirements and circumstances of the curing process. The curing time and resin loss during the manufacturing process are directly related to the rapid heat transfer temperature of the mold thickness.
STORAGE LIFE
Room temperature (around 22 oC): > 1 month
0 oC: > 3 months
– 18 oC: > 6 months
Allow prepreg roll to reach room temperature before opening plastic bag to prevent condensation.
