Double-sided fiberglass adhesive tape is a light grid with acrylic tacky adhesive on both sides. This grid with the double adhesive surfaces is used to firmly hold dry reinforcements and other consumable materials in place during their placement on the mould or during other preforming processes. Another possible use is to reduce fray.
Made from durable fiberglass, it resists cracking, stretching, and high temperatures. Designed for easy application and reliable bonding, it is ideal for composite reinforcement layup, or other material bonding before impregnation, and general repairs. It is compatible with most thermosetting resins, including epoxy, acrylic, polyester, vinyl ester, and urethane.
